Aleksander Meidell-Hagewick – Director, Private Capital
Aleksander brings a cross-regional perspective to Kylla, shaped by work across private markets, venture building and family office advisory. He focuses on translating complex market dynamics into clear investment logic, supporting cross-border fund design, capital structuring and research-driven strategy development.
He serves as a strategic advisor and director to several funds and family offices, advising on investment strategy, transactions, and long-term capital planning. His work spans Europe, the Gulf and Asia, with a focus on developing investment platforms and research frameworks that help investors make confident and well-structured decisions.
Aleksander holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Bologna Business School, where he completed a substantial applied research project on using AI to interpret market behaviour and support fund performance. His earlier career includes founding companies in financial services, real estate and technology, as well as advisory roles for family offices focused on restructuring and corporate development.
“To me, business beyond borders means understanding the global systems that shape markets and societies while staying attentive to the people, cultures and behavioural patterns that bring those systems to life. Markets may follow patterns, but trust, context and human nuance determine how those patterns unfold.”
