Viktoria Gabaraeva – Investment Manager
Viktoria Gabaraeva is an Investment Manager at Kylla Corporate Transactions, where she represents the firm in the GCC region. In this role, she is responsible for originating and managing cross-border corporate finance transactions, supporting fundraising processes, and building strategic relationships with international investors, family offices, and high-growth companies seeking capital for expansion.
Viktoria works closely with clients and investors on structuring investment opportunities, co-investments, and strategic transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Her responsibilities include deal origination, investor engagement, transaction structuring, and supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of corporate finance mandates.
Before joining Kylla, Viktoria held senior roles in the development and investment sectors, where she worked extensively with regional authorities, institutional stakeholders, and private investors on large-scale projects. She also has experience in government relations and strategic advisory, contributing to the development of interregional cooperation and investment initiatives.
Viktoria holds a degree in management and finance and combines her corporate finance expertise with a strong international and cross-cultural perspective. She is based in Dubai and actively works across the GCC region.
