Andrian Aleksov – Junior Investment Intern
Andrian Aleksov is an Investment Analyst Intern at Kylla, where he supports the Amsterdam office on corporate transactions and funding mandates. His work covers company analysis, valuation, and target and investor screening, as well as sourcing lead investors and co-investors for client fundraisings. He has also co-founder of HidrAI, a water-monitoring start-up in Skopje, where he leads commercial strategy and grant funding.
Andrian holds an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He completed the HAL Investments Private Equity Masterclass, covering LBO modelling, due diligence and an investment committee defence, and the Investment Banking Masterclass at Van Lanschot Kempen. With his team, he placed second in the Mentha Capital private equity case competition. His MSc thesis tests whether PE/VC -backed U.S. IPOs deliver superior risk-adjusted returns.
Before joining Kylla, Andrian worked as a Data and Financial Analyst at Entis AI, a Deloitte data and market intelligence spin-off in Utrecht. There he analysed hundreds of annual reports to generate signals for institutional investors and built LLM-based pipelines to automate report parsing.
He graduated cum laude with Honours in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht University, where his thesis used machine learning and survival analysis to study how sponsors exit PE/VC investments. During his studies, he served as Vice Chairman of the BvvK Finance and Investment Committee, chaired the Economic Conference Utrecht, leading a five-person team on a €30k budget, and served as Treasurer for the London Business Experience Committee.
“For Andrian, Business Beyond Borders is practical. He is Macedonian, educated in the Netherlands, and works in English, German, Macedonian and Serbian, with Dutch in progress. He believes that lasting transactions rest on mutual comprehension. A deal closes when each side understands the other’s ambitions, growth trajectory and market position. He therefore treats a precise, tailored understanding of what a client wants and needs as the foundation of every mandate, not a courtesy.”
