Jay Begum – Investment Manager

Jay Begum leads Kylla’s London office and is part of the firm’s Leadership Team. She has been directly involved in numerous successful investment transactions, from raising capital to identifying companies that went on to deliver strong, long-term returns.

Jay began her career in debt and restructuring before founding and running ventures in the hospitality and events industry for more than a decade. She has also served on the boards of multiple companies, where she focused on driving operational growth and strengthening performance. This mix of investment expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and board-level leadership enables her to combine strategic insight with practical execution, always with the goal of creating sustainable value.
