Oscar Chandler brings more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis and corporate finance to Kylla. With an English and Asian heritage, Oscar combines a strong European business background with an international outlook, allowing him to bridge perspectives across different markets and cultures.

He studied Economics and Management at the University of Oxford, developing a rigorous foundation in financial systems, data interpretation, and corporate valuation. He later completed an MBA at INSEAD with a focus on international finance and strategy, broadening his expertise in cross-border transactions and investment evaluation.

Oscar began his career at a leading global investment bank in London, where he supported the mergers and acquisitions team with financial modelling, industry research, and valuation analysis. He then moved to a top-tier US investment bank, where he specialised in equity capital markets research, providing analytical support for IPOs and secondary offerings, as well as preparing investor presentations and market intelligence reports.

At Kylla, Oscar applies his analytical skill set to capital investment raise, corporate restructuring, and investment due diligence. He is valued for his ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, supporting clients and colleagues in making well-informed strategic decisions. Known for his meticulous approach and clear communication, Oscar is trusted to provide the in-depth analysis that underpins high-value transactions.
