Shah Mehboob, leads Kylla’s Amsterdam/GCC office and is a key member of the firm’s Leadership Team. He has been directly involved in numerous successful investment transactions—ranging from capital raises to identifying companies that delivered strong, long-term returns.

Shah holds degrees and professional qualifications in management and finance, including ACCA, ACMA?CGMA, FCMA, and M.Com. He combines deep corporate finance expertise with a strong international and cross?cultural perspective. Based in Dubai, he actively operates across the GCC region.

Shah began his career in debt advisory and restructuring before founding and managing ventures across multiple industries for more than a decade. He has served as a board member, CEO, and Chief Finance Officer in various companies, where he focused on operational growth, performance enhancement, and sustainable value creation. This blend of investment experience, entrepreneurial leadership, and board?level governance gives him a uniquely comprehensive view of how to transform opportunities into long?term results.
