Shah Mehboob – Investment Manager

Shah Mehboob is an Investment Manager at Kylla Corporate Transactions, dividing his time between Kylla’s Amsterdam office and the GCC region. With a strong background in finance, restructuring, operational management, and entrepreneurship, Shah brings a highly analytical and hands-on approach to supporting both investors and portfolio companies.

Before joining Kylla as an Investment Manager, Shah was involved with one of the mining companies in Oman where Kylla was involved in the corporate finance and investment process. Through this cooperation, his financial expertise, operational understanding, and ability to quickly absorb complex business models became evident, leading to his transition into the Kylla team.

Shah holds degrees and professional qualifications in management and finance, including ACCA, ACMA/CGMA, FCMA, and M.Com. His expertise spans corporate finance, financial reporting, restructuring, bookkeeping, and operational performance management. He has served in leadership positions including board member, CEO, and Chief Financial Officer across multiple industries.

Within Kylla, Shah is particularly valued for the depth with which he immerses himself in portfolio companies and transactions. He has a natural ability to quickly understand the operational, financial, and strategic dynamics of a business. Whether analysing balance sheets, improving financial structures, or organising accounting processes to the highest professional standards, Shah combines technical precision with practical business insight.
